Everyone else in the world, besides these 3 SSDI reps, seems to think the opposite. I guess I'll just believe SSDI.
And I asked SSDI if this information is in writing somewhere. The answer is, "no."

I think yu and the three reps are correct; I've always thught it was that way anyway. Whoever told you otherwise has their information wrong.
@Perna:...not sure why the reps' names are needed.
