Well, if you count hearing music that's not playing and seeing lava creep down your walls in the dark, I guess you could say I've experienced psychosis. I also get paranoid and think everybody's spying on me or trying to follow me home when I'm driving. This only happens with manic episodes and doesn't always happen even then.
