If it was a metal chip I am sure the doctor could see that, so what reason would they have to say its something else? But either way if what the doctor suggests makes this thing in your foot go away....then its likely they're right about it being the wart.

Also though does your foot have a scar, as it would have had to be cut open for someone to put a chip in? And why would anyone want to go to all the trouble of doing that just to track you anyways? Either way hopefully this issue can be resolved...It seems to me there certainly is something in your foot causing discomfort but the likelyhood of it being a tracking device is pretty low...so not sure it could 'very well be' a tracking device as the probability of that just is not very high.

That said even if there was no tracking device and nothing in your foot to begin with....if you where 'psychotic' you wouldn't be 'making it up' you would be entirely convinced that it is one or that there is something even if there isn't which is way different than making something up.
