I want to talk about SIB and how not to engage in it,(as well as other aspects of the behavior)
but I don't know which forum it should fall under. Normally I would go right to the borderline personality forum but things have changed. I now know that people with depression also engage in this type of behavior.

I could use much support in \this area and know others would as well
