Whenever I'm on the 2nd story it sounds like people are breaking in on the firsr floor. My solution live in apt. that have everything on one floor. Tactile helusinations are quite common for me. My visual and autio helusinations i can easily ignore but the delutions and parinioa get me. Luckly they only happen in high stress times. That's the only time I'd say I may be psycotic but I wouldn't even go that far.

So what I consider psycotic and dangerous maybe 2x a year. If you ask my therapist probably weekly if not more. I think psycosis is thrown around to easily.
