I am very sorry about your break up, break ups can be very devastating, especially when there is no notice. It is understandable you are still rattled by it. The fact it was so sudden, perhaps you never got to feel the closure of it all? I'm not saying you go back and see him, but I do think without closure it may take you a little more time and effort to get over it.
It may be a good idea to seek our professional help, something to help you deal with the sadness you are feeling. It can be very beneficial
