Hi Hannahmo! I'm sorry that you're struggling with these intrusive thoughts. Personally, I can control my intrusive thoughts only if I take a breath and I say to myself: ok, these aren't really my thoughts, I don't have to my scared for them and I'm not obliged to do anything. It's difficult, but it can work...and it works more and more often if you get used to do it. Good luck!
