Oh I would say the break up for sure then. I once went for months not being able to eat or sleep over a breakup. Suffering from depression does not help matters.

I am very sorry for the break up and seven years is a long time. Being numb would be a pretty normal part of the grieving process. Look up grieving process. Knowing what to expect and what I was going through really helped me at times.

Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
