Its not stupid to try alternative forms of medicine. People don't have to follow the mainstream way. It's good to be open minded. It is well known that having good balanced diet, avoiding high sugary, salty and saturated fat foods,and white flour, is important for both physical and mental health. Things like magnesium, vit B's, Omega 3 oils, amino acids and bach flower remedies do help.
