Wow, funny you should ask this. I have not been here in a while, probably because my allergy to life has kept me off the net for a while. I lose track of time and space so easily, I only today realized I haven't been here in a while, and that I might find some help here.

That said, I'm very interested in this question. I've found some general links on the net indicating that pain can indeed be linked to depression, and goodness knows I enough off THAT to go around. I've been maxed out on Welbutrin for a while, and I recently had to stop Lamictal as a floor because of the way it set my face to burning (like a really bad sunburn) and I'm having some serious pain issues.

Now, I'm going to Curves three times a week, and that helps, taking vitamins and all my meds, using a hot water bottle, Reiki, Hypnotherapy and Meditation but I have to say;

"I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!"

The pain is mostly in my shoulders and upper back, and I know a huge part of it comes from tension and anxiety in my life. I'm spending more time trying to beat the pain back than anything else these days and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggests, ideas or experiences? I didn't have any surgical interventions that could have kicked this off, but there are stressors I can point to that point to the start of this.

Wow, I so feel like I'm babbling here. I'm going through in my opinion to much Aspirin, and Tylenol isn't nearly as effective for the pain. I see my chiropractor every other week and she's pleased with my spinal health and progress, and I'm doing all the other stuff too, but it is all so much work and then I'm still in pain at the end of the day. Like I say, I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Anyone else ever been through anything like this? Anyone have ideas, suggestions, thoughts?

Sam
