Really struggling today. Almost didn't eat lunch...was soooo paranoid someone poisoned it. It's really hard to break through with some rational thought but I managed to get lunch down without dying. Also, having paranoia that someone followed me home when I went to get lunch and is wait for me to leave again so they can hurt/kill me.
