Hello Dalila.
I am sorry you are struggling at this time with panic. There are many things that can be done for panic with a support system. One of my things that I HAVE to do is call a friend to talk to and take my medication (or adjust medication).
Seeing a therapist is also helpful, and so is journaling to get the feeling out in a positive manner. Walking is very good if you can walk in an attack since it helps the body to regain composure. Exercise is almost a necessity for panic. I walk in the morning and the evening and my panic has gone down tremendously.
