Hello,
I have developed this habit of hitting myself on the chest with a fist when I feel anxious. I have even done it subconsciously because I will catch myself doing it in front of other people, and they have asked me about it. I think that part of the of the reason that when I feel high levels of anxiety, I feel this uneasiness; almost like tickling in my chest.
When I'm by myself I will hit myself on the head also.
If you have had a similar problem, what steps have you taken to resolve it?
