I came on here today because I'm so upset about his death. Both he and Philip SH were also addicts. I had met them both and completely ID with that pain. I found out recently that I have CPTSD and the stats for this combo are high..It frightens me - I remember ideations and the difficulty controlling it. TELLING someone and getting to the hospital has worked in the past. But as I get older ... I wonder if I will always fight so hard.
