I picked up smoking cigarettes again last week. Today I quit again. I have been doind it for years. It is not even addictive for me. I can smoke for months, and then just quit cold turkey no problem....Then I'll go back because I'm stressed out. Weird.

I need to just stay away forever, but it is hard, when I am so impulsive.
