Hiya Choisen! I feel for you, and completely understand where you are coming from as I am in a similar situation. My Hubby and Pets are the only things keeping me sane it feels like. I also sometimes feel trapped in my day to day life, I think a lot of that is just being indoors so much, as is the norm in society today.
When I can get the willpower to make myself get up and do something, going to the water always helps me (very relaxing/calming etc.). Getting up to do it is another story, but if you know something that helps you out, perhaps suggest your husband help (kindly/gently) push you to go do it, or go do it with you. When I am most down, my husband will practically drag me to the car and drive me to the water, it somehow helps to ground me a bit, and helps me put my thoughts in order some. You said you want to run away to the woods, so maybe try camping or just hiking to start? Depending on your dog, he can come along, and all of your support system (sans fish and snail of course) will be right there with you.
Easier said than done, I know! But enlist your Hubby's help; for me, sometimes I just need a fire lit under my backside to get moving.
