I tried throwing up after eating but it makes my throat hurt. This diet thing is not working for me. I like eating!!! I'm going to try laxatives and see if that helps any. I haven't exercised today yet but I will, eventually.

4 slices of pizza without the crust (dogs get the crust)
1/2 bottle of ginger ale
a tiny bit of salad with ceaser dressing
I should have stopped before the 3rd piece of pizza but I couldn't help it, I was sooooo hungry. I could still go for another slice but I'm willing myself not to. That's all I'm going to eat today. Maybe another tootsie roll.
I'm going to exercise once this pizza digests. My belly is so fat but it is soooooo happy!
