I remember so long ago calling for help. I recall a teeny tiny voice....I just said. I need help. or I am sad and I need help. That is all it took to start. I remember that that was so difficult and I felt glad that there was a voice on the other end of the phone.

Then you need to make it there..... That took a bit. I practiced finding the place and envisioning myself walking in.
