Any type of therapy?
Just doing a self help workbook at home for PTSD. I do have another self help workbook for anxieties which I'll be working on once I finish the first workbook. The therapy is Mind-Body Bridging practice with helpful tools and you end with mindfulness meditation. It's all good, but all a work in progress.
Take baby steps and see only people I'm comfortable with...
I have thought about that.
