I am in the position of trying not to slip back. It is getting difficult. I am not alone but can feel so alone with it. One of my friends on facebook posted about her struggles with depression in light of Robin Williams and she was very honest and unashamed. I decided to reply and was also very honest and unashamed. I may do my own seperate post. She didn't get much of a response though. People seem to shy away from the topic.
