The new doc should be able to do an exam with out any trouble if they need to do one, even with active bleeding. It will be important to be checked if cycle is so off with a pill. It does take a cycle or two sometimes to get a adjusted to a new one, but not if there are other issues causing the problem instead. HArd to gauge at times. If the other doc was that callous, I would definitely want a second opinion. It is good you are going in. I will be hoping the appt with the new one goes better and you find some help with them. Hang in there.
