I was literally shaking in my shoes. My wife had to get me to focus to keep it under control. Now that I have been doing it for a few years - you see all the other people there are in the same place.

It is NOT a place of "judgement". It is one of the few places on earth where those who are dealing with mental illness are embraced. So, I say CONGRATULATIONS to you for having the courage to seek help. I know it is not easy, but it is a great, great thing for you.
