Ok if you're primary concern is treatment resistant depression like me, it's all about changing up your med cocktail every couple of months. The right dose is crucial, and so difficult to find, but if you haven't already have you tried Fetzima at 120mg? Latuda at 120mg? Even Brintellix at 20mg, or Nefazodone at 400-600mg? Don't use SSRIs they'll always poop out! What about Cymbalta at 120mg with Aplenzin at 522mg? Nefazodone, Fetzima, Aplenzin, Latuda, Lithium all work wonders for MDD but only at the proper dose as I'm sure you know. You need to take the GeneSight Psychotropic test to see how your metabolizing these meds!!
GeneSightŪ If you have MDD, that's a lot easy for docs to treat, than bipolar II treatment resistant depression! Also, obviously, only see a Psychiatrist, not a APRN, PA or other MD! Sorry for all the info, but I know you're hurting, and like I mentioned ECT actually messed up my short term memory, and didn't help with my bipolar depression at all at is quite costly!! Best of luck, but I like Fetzima with Aplenzin!!!!
