i would go to a trained and very experienced acupuncturist first. somebody who really knows chinese medicine.

'lasers' are often used to treat all sorts of things. example; i had a slight toenail fungus (sorry) and tried a new 'laser' method to clear it up. it was a waste of a lot of money.

i took 3 months of a proven med (w/potential side-effects) and the fungus cleared-up.

i have done traditional acupuncture for my depression. luckily it is covered by my insurance. i can say it was calming. i did not continue it. your post makes me think i should give it another go.

is your chiropractor trained in chinese medicine? anxiety, sleep issues, and stress have been studied with traditional acupuncture.

i suggest doing some research on traditional acupuncture first before trying this laser method.

good luck!
