Sorry, guess I misread about the bottled water and sorry leftovers don't last very long, you have a challenge to be sure!
You have to make sure EBT knows all of your expenses, including any co pays for medicine, etc. Have your Mom say that you help with utilities as well as the rent. In California, it gets pretty tricky to get the correct amount you are entitled to. Keep after them, for sure!!
