Hair loss is a known side-effect of Zoloft though it is not common (it affects about 1:100 to 1:1000 people who are on it, though usually only after some years).

Maybe talk with your care team about this - another anti-depressant might avoid that rare side-effect and also it might be worth getting checked out to see if there are other (not related to Zoloft) reasons for your hair loss.
