I've been having a mixed episode for the last two weeks but today I am pure RAGING!

See my pdoc on Monday. Can't up my antipsychotics - seroquel - cos it just knocks me out flat.

Can't financially afford time off work.

I'm a teacher and it's not so much the students it's colleagues I want to punch in the face for being so bloody stupid.

I admit to sending a bit of an inappropriate email today to a colleague. And since I'm confessing I walked into the Head of the Senior Schools office. Closed the door. And said I'm going to punch Mr X in the face. OMG my pdoc will be soooooooo unimpressed.
