I'm sorry that you are struggling. Double Edge had some very good suggestions. I don't have much more to offer. I agree that sickness can bring on an illness but you must be experiencing a lot of stress as well. That's a killer for us who deal with this illness.
I also wanted to comment on you not seeing a psychologist. When you feel you are beyond therapy is when you need it the most. As you I'm sure have read, a lot of us see a T. It at the very least can help us cope. I hope you re-think your decision, especially since you have a full plate with school and unstable moods.
