Whoa, okay first of all, I was not asking in a disrespectful way whatsoever. I didn't know that advice isn't welcome here. I was only asking in concern because I was just like you when i started, minus the smoking. After many feeble attempts to diet the healthy way, the only restort left for me was this crap. And I HATE, absolutely HATE to hear of cases just like mine. So sorry for showing any concern. And sorry you took my message totally the wrong way.
