I'm okay. I managed to also drive to my appointment and back just fine.

Sorry for this. I was somewhat concerned because I am quite lightweight, I was alone, and I was having some trouble breathing. It's unlike me to drink anything without at least looking up how much one serving is supposed to be and how it is normally drank. Had I done that, I wouldn't have been so dumb or subject myself to drinking it straight lol. But whatever I guess. Now I've learned. I still wasn't drinking for anything that would lead anywhere good.

I called LCM and I'll tell her what happened. I only drank last night but I had been taking tramadol which is just as bad. I'm having a hard time handling being in this house
