I hear the hum,
I fell it become a part of me,
The cars drive by,
I hear the wind,
It calls beckoning me out,
I feel driven to run and dance,
Wherever my feet lead me.
Nothing can go wrong,
I feel everything deep inside,
Every bird call,
The dog barks,
I don't need to sleep,
There's so much to do,
So much to experience,
What drives this connection,
Never wanting this feeling to fade,
Knowing that if I take the meds,
It'll dull if not fade,
Why is this considered wrong.
