The exact same thing happen to me and for the same reason- told them about a medication change and review was moved up by 7 months and given all low scores- I was too devastated to sue- could have- you should. What I did is get a job with the state which is protected by a union and can't get fired if anything bad happens to me medically... which it just did and will have to have "that" convo with boss.
