Good for you bubblyflower! Another way to help boost your motivation to exercise is to join a class. I like dance class, but any aerobics or spinning class is good, or yoga. I find it more social, and also I get this feeling that someone expects me to be there (usually the teacher... or else a friend in the class) which makes me want to go even more. Right now, it's doing tai chi with my dad. I get to exercise, learn new things, and spend quality time with my dad!
