No court is going to take a child away from its mother and give him/her to an unmedicated bipolar father who is unemployed (unless the mother is woefully unfit, but I doubt that's what's happening here).

If you aren't away from him yet, please get away. Your child deserves a better life than what he can provide. Do you have somewhere else to go that is safe?
