A lot of what people seem to be talking about is "Social Anxiety Disorder". People with ASPD would actually be unlikely to have this. ASPD is sort of a misleading name. I have ASPD and I'm as social as a velociraptor.

If you suffer from anxiety around others, you have social anxiety disorder. If you do not feel guilt (to roughly summarize) you suffer from ASPD.
