I have been leaning more and more on 'spiritual' concepts during times of anxiety, stress, and depression ... things like meditation, prayer, spiritual texts, trust, etc. The thing I like about this approach is that I am not looking to another 'person' to fix me and I am involved in my own healing process.

I would love to hear the experiences of others who are using some type of spiritual principles for healing and how these ideas are working in their lives.
