Thanks... I just sent the email. I pondered over it for probably a good 30 minutes. It does feel scary to me - I get that it's a "medical provider" and I'm paying, but yeah, I can totally see a T saying, "yeah, you need to go figure out stuff on your own..." or whatever. Anyway, we'll see... I'm assuming he won't be digging out an appointment book tonight, but at least it will be in his inbox for the morning.

I hope I can manage to talk through the stuff I need to... and that it's not any more awkward than usual
