Yes, taking what the media says with a grain of salt is a good idea-- however-- they have been known to influence a certain percentage of the public.... that's the part that can be worriesome.

I also don't know what the Reagan Admin did to set-back the mental health care system-- do you or someone have a link to that-- I'd be interested to learn/understand it.

Since I'm the person that started this thread-- can I let it veer off topic? I get confused ...... or do I have to start a new thread?? not sure I understand it all..............
