not to worry about work right now as well

, "early days"!!.
And TJ, when you're writing in your journal
don't forget to write the positive things down as well!!
I know that worries, concerns, uncertainties the "less positive things" can stand out so much more sometimes. And they
are important to record/address, but the positive things really matter too. And
I also know, you can really "undersell" yourself sometimes too!!
