I'm currently in a hypo phase.

Ive been experiencing something that's can't better explain as split second brain freezes.

I notice it particularly when I'm driving. It's like when my eyes are open for a second or two I have no idea what I've seen for those few seconds. Driving tonight it was 10 times worse because it felt like every 30 seconds my brain or eyes were flicking off for a second or two. As if my eyes were rolling in to the back of my head but I'm pretty sure they weren't.

Does this even make any sense.

I'm on lithium, seroquel, cipramil and Valium.
