RR, i am so sorry that this has happened to your brother-in-law. As Wants said, be sure that a good lawyer represents him. i doubt that the bus company can get away without some liability in this.

my nephew just lost a leg in an oil well drilling accident and he is still in pretty bad condition. it will be a long time before we know anything about his future.
