I find it helps to distract myself. I had therapy today after a break and as I wasn't at work the dog got 2 long walks, I sorted out a prescription and watched some trashy tv. Anything to put my mind off it. Now after I just feel exhausted so always have an instant meal and then bed by 8 to watch something rubbish. I hope you find a way to deal with it. It sounds like your body wants you to look after it so maybe if you do have time curling up and napping wouldn't be such a bad idea.
