When I get fatigued, I feel like I'm catching a cold. But before therapy, I often feel very nauseous due to anxiety. It doesn't help that right now some of the memories we have been working with in therapy are so gross that I come close to throwing up anyway. The wastebasket in my therapist's office has become one of my best friends. (Rolling my eyes) After therapy, I often need a long nap or a dose of Vitamin X (Xanax).
