Thanks everyone... and so sorry to everyone else that gets sick too.
I took the advice here and did lots of distraction... music, cleaning, tried to work, watched some tv, cooked (omg I've been busy!). I had my piano lesson tonight, and my teacher knows I'm in therapy - so I was able to talk with him about the stress and being sick a bit, and he always manages to make me feel a little better.
I will bring it up again tomorrow with my T, I'm just not sure there's much he can do. It seems that even after we slowed things down a bit, my body just reacts to therapy as a *huge threat*. Yikes.
