This is really interesting that singing helps you... I've been (inadvertently) singing more (I'm rewatching the "Smash" DVDs - and listening to the music from the show, lots of fun things to sing with). I really like singing... and it might be helping a little. I think being loud helps - maybe it's working off the anxiety chemicals?!
