I do... but it's more like what Kororain said. It's not lazy... for me it's more like... when my therapist is far away (i.e. no appointment for another week!) - I feel safer and more comfortable, so I think of LOTS of things that I want to talk to him about. It feels good, and exciting, and there's literally TOO MUCH to talk about (more than can fit in an hour).

But, as the actual day comes closer... I really start wanting to cancel, run away, hide, catch pneumonia - anything to get out of it . And when I'm in the waiting room... I bring a notebook to write (to make myself less stressed) and pretty much always what I write is... "OMG why did I come back? I want to leave! Get me out of here!"
