Just wanted to say I'm going through the exact same thing with my h at the moment. He's reserving all these painful emotions for me and looks really hurt when I tell him I'm not in a place to hear them and he needs to see a T. I did make some progress last night and I felt like maybe he was thinking about it, so maybe it just takes longer for men to realise they need professional help (I also approached it differently which helped I think)

Sorry to hear your schedule is so messed up at the moment; routine and stability are so important at times like this. I know it's scant consolation but all I can suggest is to try and stay mindful. This disruption isn't a permanent thing and coping techniques like that may just make a difficult period slightly more bearable.
Thanks for this!
