Yes, and I also think it's anxiety. Now before I have a session I will go on youtube and find some calming meditation music to listen to. Play something relaxing and lie down somewhere and visualize something calming and nice while trying to take deep breaths. Sometimes before sessions I'll meditate, listen to chanting, etc... just any relaxation thing I can think of. I'll also take Xanax, LOL.
