I have been on mood stabilizers since January, but it wasnt until 2 days ago that my doctor actually told me what hes 'treating me for.' he says i have a mood disorder. no other details...just that i have a mood disorder. what should i take from that? i mean, mood stabilizers DO work for me when nothing else has.
