Take a break. Walk away from your desk, cubicle or work station and go outside for a short walk. Breathe deeply and slowly, counting to 10 on both inhalation and exhalation. This forces you to calm down and focus on your breathing, which of course distracts you from work for a few moments. When you're ready, or when your break time is up, go back in. Repeat as necessary. I think this may help you.
